Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Maintenance/Construction Technician role located in Santee, CA. As a Maintenance/Construction Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs of buildings and equipment, conducting inspections, and assisting with various construction projects to ensure the community's upkeep and safety.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, and construction
- Knowledge of General carpentry, drywall, stucco, painting and concrete.
- Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
